We are an upscale boutique Pilates and Gyrotonic studio committed to providing exceptional fitness experiences for all. With a wide range of offerings for everyone from beginners to professional athletes, we're looking for enthusiastic instructors to help our clients achieve their wellness goals.
Position Summary
As a Pilates Instructor, you'll be an integral part of our staff, leading classes and one-on-one sessions that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. You’ll work alongside a talented team and have the opportunity to grow your skills in Pilates and other fitness modalities such as barre, yoga, ballet, and Gyrotonic.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging Pilates classes and individual sessions, offering clear instruction and modifications to suit various fitness levels.
Perform client assessments to tailor personalized Pilates programs that match their unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with fellow instructors, sharing knowledge and insights to ensure a high standard of instruction.
Build a strong schedule of Pilates classes and contribute to a vibrant studio atmosphere.
Engage in ongoing training, expanding your repertoire of fitness modalities offered at ALIGN.
Qualifications:
Pilates Comprehensive Certificate (minimum 300 hours), preferably from a PMA-approved program (other certifications will be considered).
High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years experience teaching Pilates (privates and group classes).
Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge.
Desire to grow with ALIGN and contribute to the studio's success.
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranging from $22 to $50, based on experience and qualifications.
Part-time position to start, with opportunities for full-time as the studio grows. Healthcare benefits available for consistent full-time employees after one year.
