ALIGN Method Studio in downtown Princeton is hiring a Senior Pilates Teacher and an Apprentice Pilates Teacher.

    Step into an established schedule of group equipment classes and private sessions, with opportunities to grow your client base.


    What you bring
    • At least two years of Pilates teaching experience.
    • A strong working knowledge of classical Pilates fundamentals and repertoire.
    • Confidence leading group equipment classes and individualized private sessions.
    • Clear cueing, thoughtful modifications, and a warm, professional presence.
    • Reliability and a commitment to helping clients progress.


    Contemporary-trained teachers are welcome. A solid grounding in classical Pilates andopenness to ALIGN’s teaching approach are essential.

    Our greatest scheduling needs are daytime and weekends, with some evenings. There is flexibility in building the right schedule together.

    Have an established following? We’d love to hear about your teaching community and how

    you’d like to grow at ALIGN. An existing following is welcome, but not required.

    Senior teachers have the = opportunity to develop toward a Master Instructor role within ALIGN, based on expertise, leadership, and studio needs.

Private lessons and mentoring are coordinated around teacher availability and individual learning goals. Advancement reflects demonstrated teaching ability, professional growth, reliability, and studio needs.

    We’re looking for apprentices who practice consistently, welcome feedback, and bring care and dependability to their work.

    Teaching opportunities are based on your preparation and readiness, with a pathway to grow within ALIGN:

    Apprentice → Junior Instructor → Instructor → Senior Instructor

    Daytime and weekend availability is especially helpful, with some evening opportunities
