How Memberships Work
• Memberships activate on your first visit, not the date of purchase
• Memberships auto-renew monthly
• 30 days’ notice required to cancel
• Memberships may be paused or frozen at any time with one week’s notice
• Freezes may be for any length of time
• No credits are lost during a freeze

First time purchasing a Membership? Congratulations!
We want to make purchasing easy and understanding your monthly membership billing super clear
Payment for Memberships & Packages are processed on the date you make your purchase. Your next payment will be charged 30 days after you complete your first class. That will be your monthly billing date. Here’s an example:
You purchase your Membership on February 15; your payment for the first month is processed at that time of purchase
You take your first class on March 26; this is now your billing date and your second monthly payment will be 30 days from this date
Your second monthly payment will be April 26
All future monthly payments will be on the 26th of each month
